Why was my order split into multiple packages?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Your order may be split into multiple packages for the following reasons:
- Items located in different warehouses
- Varying preparation times for different items
- Carrier or customs weight/quantity restrictions
- Temporary stock shortage of certain items
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number for each package. If any part of your order is missing or you only received one tracking number, please contact us at support@popuglobal.com for prompt assistance
Where can I find my order number and view my order details?
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. If you do not receive the email or there are no tracking updates, please contact us at support@popuglobal.com for assistance.
How can I change the product color or model?
For unshipped orders:
Please contact our customer service team by email. We will cancel your current order and issue a full refund so you can place a new order.
For shipped orders:
Unfortunately, we cannot change the color or model once the order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped from our warehouse. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will process the cancellation and full refund promptly.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I change or update my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can easily update your shipping address by contacting our customer service team via email.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we periodically restock sold-out items. If a product is currently out of stock, we recommend checking the product page frequently over the next 1–2 weeks.
