Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing PopuMusic & PartyKeys! Our products are designed and manufactured to deliver high-quality and reliable performance.
Shenzhen Shigan Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (PopuMusic & PartyKeys) warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from an authorized dealer.
1. Covered Defects
This warranty covers the following issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship:
- Functions described in the user manual do not operate as intended;
- LED lights or lighting effects do not work properly;
- The product cannot be turned on or cannot connect to phones;
- The product cannot be reset, restarted, or turned on even with sufficient battery;
- Other hardware defects that cause some functions to not work properly.
2. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Any product on which any part has been disassembled, opened, or modified;
- Damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper handling;
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to discoloration, fading, scratches, or wear of strings, frets, keys, tuners, hardware, plating, or surface finish;
- Products not purchased from an authorized dealer, or products that have undergone unauthorized repair or service;
- Shipping, transportation, or delivery damage of any kind;
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme sunlight, high humidity, extreme temperatures, or other abnormal environmental conditions;
- Consumable or wearable parts (such as strings, batteries, or decorative elements), unless they were defective upon arrival;
- Any claim submitted after the one-year warranty period has expired.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
For products purchased from third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), returns and exchanges will be handled according to the respective platform’s return and exchange policy.
For products purchased directly from PopuMusic & PartyKeys or its official authorized channels:
If the product’s appearance is intact and the original packaging is undamaged, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. All return or exchange requests must be approved in advance. Please contact PopuMusic & PartyKeys customer support at support@popuglobal.com before returning any item.
Provide the following information and materials:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation);
- Product model and serial number (if available);
- Clear photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue or the product’s condition;
- A detailed description of the reason for the return or exchange.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue an RMA number along with the designated return shipping address and instructions. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging with proper protection. Products returned without an RMA number or in damaged packaging may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Important Notes:
- Unauthorized returns (without prior approval and an RMA number) will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a quality defect covered under the warranty.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
