Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, deliveries to certain regions may be restricted due to political, legal, or logistical reasons, such as active conflict zones. For specific countries, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on most orders. Please note that an additional shipping fee of $20 per order will apply for deliveries to South America and Africa.

We are happy to inform you that customs duties and taxes are covered by PopuMusic & Partykeys. These costs are not included in the product price. Once you receive the customs invoice, please forward it to our customer service team for prompt reimbursement.

We currently fulfill orders from our owned warehouses and selected third-party logistics partners located in the United States. Shipments are dispatched from the facility closest to the customer’s location for optimal delivery efficiency.

After your payment is successfully processed, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 1–3 business days (up to 5 days for remote areas including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
  • Europe: 7–14 business days.
  • Asia-Pacific (e.g. Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong): 3–5 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days.
  • Middle East: 7–14 business days.
  • South America: 9–20 business days.

Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing or carrier schedules.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. This is usually sent within 1–2 business days of dispatch.

If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check these common locations:

  • Your porch, door, garage, or mailbox
  • With family members, neighbors, or building reception

Your package may be returned due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Invalid or unreachable phone number
  • Delivery issues by the local carrier (such as no recipient available or refused delivery)
